About the sour sop, i have ordered from Mdm Low (the shop next to shu fang zhai), hope can get la, she claimed very hard to find too (bhong).
one more, is happy to know you are practising the quo ling and xuai shou gong. The latter is very effective and strongly recommended, sometimes is unbelievable such a simple exercise can be so useful.I really feel the bad qi is discharging from my body especially when i dont feel well. It really suitable for a lazy and slow learner like me, ha ha.

回复删除strath真的很不错，我不常感冒，可一咳嗽就非得吃抗生素才会好，这次铁齿不看医生，strath吃三倍，有效哦，康复的速度跟能力加强很多，真的不用吃药而且就快好了。
这几天多休息，有空记得泡脚。
