昨天开始有点喘,还好平躺就OK。味口还好,只是对甜味特别敏感,甜上加甜。
今天骨头开始隐隐约约有点酸,千万不要痛。。。。最怕痛。

原来身边很多朋友,特别是BBC(born before computer )对blog也不太熟悉,也很
少用facebook,BBC们加油,赶快学一学,要不然被BAC 们笑掉大牙了。

  5. Due to not familiar with this 'new toy', what i wrote just now are all disappeared. You know, i have spent plenty time to type Chinese character but all gone. Upset!!!

    Dont add sugar if you has found very sweet, eat whatever you can eat, and keep your food small portion with more meals a day.

    Hey, Lilan, have u read the book 'Secret' or 'Law of attraction', in which telling us have to think positively, positive input results in positive output. Therefore, you have to practise positive mindset, imaging 'relax' 'happy' instead of 'pain'.... Try to practise, share with your experience then.

    Yeah la, my cousin also informed me only think
    positive, no negative. I also agree this is
    the best way for me.

    No mood lah when go to the hospital, luckily
    Siew Khim always go with me, you know lah, she
    always talk a lot, so be a listener, we always
    listen to her and forget everything...hahaha...
